  • Ochanja VM Limited provides employment and staffing services connecting job seekers with potential employers.
  • We offer a platform where job seekers can create profiles, apply for jobs, and access resources related to career development.
  • Employers can post job vacancies, search for candidates, and manage their recruitment
    processes through our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

  •  You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or using our services.
  •  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to use our platform and services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights on our platform belong to Ochanja VM Limited.

  •  Ochanja VM Limited maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards theft, violence, and any form of ill treatment, including discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.
  •  Any user found engaging in theft, violence, or ill treatment will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities, and legal action will be pursued.
  • In the event of incompletion of service or bad quality of materials/service, users are encouraged to report the matter to us immediately for investigation and resolution. Ochanja VM Limited will work diligently to rectify the situation or provide alternative solutions to meet the client’s needs.

10. Insurance

  • Ochanja VM Limited does not provide insurance coverage for users. It is the responsibility of users to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for their activities and transactions conducted through our platform.

11. Provider Behavior and Incompetence

  •  Providers are expected to adhere to professional standards of conduct while interacting with clients and delivering services.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, or unethical will result in termination of the provider’s account.
  • Providers are expected to possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and competence to deliver the services they offer through our platform.

12. Service Unfulfillment and Refunds

  •  Ochanja VM Limited endeavors to ensure that all services offered through our platform are fulfilled as agreed upon.
  • In the event of service unfulfillment, users are encouraged to notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to address the issue.
  • Refund policies may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each transaction. Users are encouraged to review the refund policy associated with the service or product they are purchasing.

13. Sexual Assaults/Harassment

  • Ochanja VM Limited does not tolerate sexual assault or harassment in any form.
  • Any reports of sexual misconduct will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
  • Perpetrators will face severe consequences, including legal action and permanent expulsion from our platform.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
